Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE "Cycle + Lift Fusion" workout at our South Reno studio as part of our BRIK Friday evening series!
Bring friends and family! Men and women are all welcome! Cycle shoes and regular sneakers both work with our Keiser M3i bikes! SPOTS ARE LIMITED.
Join us at 5:30pm Friday, January 9th, at our South Reno studio (75 E. Patriot Blvd. #6)! Kaia FIT Sierra is located in the parking lot entrance from Patriot Boulevard. Please arrive early in order to properly set up your bike before class begins.

Anyone can sign up in the "Kaia FIT Corp" app under the South Reno location as well.
RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
