Free All-Levels Yoga - Donation Based & Trauma-Informed Wellness

FREE Yoga classes given by a certified and trained yoga instructor right in downtown Youngstown every first Tuesday of the month from 5:30-6:30pm! First come, first serve!

All levels and beginners are welcome! Yoga has great benefits not only for the body but for the mind as well🙌

Must be age 18+ to attend.

WHAT: Trauma-informed and free yoga once a month in downtown Youngstown all FREE of cost to you on behalf of NAMI Mahoning Valley's Wellness initiative for mental health.

LOCATION: The First Presbyterian Church - Helen Chapel Hall - 201 Wick Ave. Youngstown, OH 44503. Parking and entrance to the church are behind the church building.

Classes will be limited to only 18 people. It is first come first serve so be the first to register and save your spot now by registering.🧘🙌

Minimum of $5 donations are encouraged, but classes are free. Your donations all go to keep this wellness group and to provide more additional support groups for those and their families in the Mahoning Valley dealing with mental illness.

All you need to bring is your yoga mat, body, mind, water, and intention to this 1 hour yoga program 🧘‍♀️🧘Yoga mats will be available to rent at $3 cash.
