Free All Levels Yoga at The Crossing Clarendon Powered by lululemon

The Crossing Clarendon offers free weekly fitness classes in The Loop as part of our Summer Sweat Series.

Join us on Thursday, July 11th for an all-levels yoga class at 6:30PM. Please bring your own towel, water bottle, and yoga mat. This class is powered by lululemon and led by lululemon ambassador Kat Buechel.

All Levels Yoga Flow with Kat Buechel X The OM Room

Unroll your mat in this all levels yoga flow. Move in sync with your breath and nourish your body with traditional asana (poses), sun salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, and a chance to learn relaxation techniques. Class will end with a smoke cleansing experience led by The OM Room.

About the Instructor

Kat Buechel

Kat Buechel (E-RYT500/YACEP), has trained in many different yoga styles: vinyasa flow, Prana Flow, Jivamukti, Lotus Flow, YogaWorks, and Katonah Yoga. She has seen how athletes of every type can grow and become stronger both mentally and physically for their lives off the mat. She believes in using the yoga practice to better organize your body for functionality off the mat and in life. She serves as a legacy lululemon Ambassador in the DC metro Region.
