FREE ACTING WORKSHOP - Chicago Actors Studio

The Chicago Actors Studio, one of the top professional acting studios located right here in the heart of the Chicagoland area, will be hosting a FREE Acting Workshop on Sunday February 8th starting 3:00pm till 5:pm This class is tailored to help those that are either just beginning to embark on this exciting career choice, as well as those that have been in it for awhile but lack the important keys, techniques and contacts that will allow to move their careers along much further.

Topics to be discussed will include, Marketing Techniques; Social Media; Headshots; Your Resume; Getting an agent, Manager, and Casting Directors; The unions, Finding and securing casting opportunities; How to recognize the many scams out there; Basic on-camera techniques; On-camera self-taped auditioning, and just so much more to learn. This in-person event will also introduce you to essential tips and tricks of valuable insights on how to get over those seemingly impossible hurdles in the acting world.
