This event is perfect for yard/garage sale participants, storage unit & basement clear-outs, flea market vendors, crafters, home based companies, etc. It's happening Saturday, May 9th, 2026, 8:30am to 2:00pm at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield.

Reserve your 10x10 foot under cover spot or 10x10 foot (or larger) outdoor spot today. Covered spots are $40. (These spots are in the livestock stables at the fairgrounds.) Outdoor spots are $20 for ten feet, and an additional $10 for each additional 10 feet. If you are taking an outdoor space, and you want your vehicle in your sales space, you must register for at least a twenty-foot space. Otherwise, your vehicle will be parked at a different location on the fairgrounds, but you will be able to access it without leaving the fairgrounds.

If you wish to purchase more than 50 feet of outdoor space, please call (413) 774-4301. You will need to bring your own blankets, tables, chairs, display racks, etc. Covered booth spots are NOT necessarily inside buildings. They will be in the livestock stalls at the fairgrounds. Outside booth spots will be on the grass or pavement. Please note, it is not possible to get a covered AND uncovered space next to each other. They are in different areas of the fairgrounds. Outdoor vendors may bring their own tents, but size restrictions apply. Registrants will not be able to pick their own location. All booth space will be assigned. Electricity is NOT available.

There will be set up time on Friday, May 9th, from 6-8pm. There will be security personnel staffing the fairgrounds overnight, Friday into Saturday, but please do not leave out valuables. Saturday set up will start at 7am.

All vendors must be set-up by 8:00am. The gates will open to the public at 8:30am. Once gates are open, there can be no vehicle traffic on the fairgrounds! There is a $5 entrance fee per vehicle for shoppers. Proceeds from parking benefit the Franklin County Fairgrounds.

If you don't want to book online, you can book in person during normal business hours at our studios at 81 Woodard Rd. in Greenfield. We are open M-F, 8am-5pm and you can pay at our office with cash, check or credit card.

No alcohol, firearms, weapons, offensive, suggestive or provocative items allowed. Due to the possibility of safety recalls, baby cribs and car seats may NOT be sold.

Participants MUST remove any unsold inventory. Items cannot be left at the fairgrounds after the event. There are no dumpsters available.
