Come gather with like-minded folks to connect and discuss the latest findings within the expanding field of therapeutic psychedelics!
About this Event

Come gather with like-minded folks to connect and discuss the latest findings within the expanding field of therapeutic psychedelics! Ketamine and Cannabis are legal for therapeutic use, and numerous studies are coming out showing the profound healing and transformative potential of other medicines including MDMA, DMT, and psilocybin.

All levels of knowledge and experience are welcome at the table, as we build community and explore what's known, what's possible, and what's yet unknown about psychedelics for therapeutic purposes, including as an avenue to address treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

*Note: Many Indigenous peoples have very old, rich traditions of psychedelic healing with medicines such as Ayahuasca and Peyote. The emerging "psychedelic renaissance" is occurring within our Westernized, colonized societies.

WHEN: Sunday, May 17th from 3-5pm

*Doors open at 2:30pm - pls arrive by 2:40pm if testing onsite

WHERE: A private home in Greenfield, MA

Please email [email protected] to receive the address and parking info!

COST: Free! - Donations of $5-10 are welcome but not required. You can pay on eventbrite, bring cash, or send to @mxindigodawn on Venmo (last 4 digits: 4314).

WHAT WE'LL DO

We'll gather at a private home to ground in the present moment, play icebreakers, and discuss therapeutic psychedelics in the full circle as well as small groups.

The grounding will be somatic and all will be encouraged to be in our bodies rather than our minds alone, in whatever way is right for each of us. Even if that just means feeling your feet on the floor, or your clothes on your skin.

The icebreakers will be short, accessible connection games meant to help us get to know one another and set the relational groundwork for open, collaborative discussion.

In the discussion portion we will open a warm-hearted, curious space to discuss suggested prompts and questions, or topics sourced from our group. All of us will have the opportunity to share and listen in the full circle and groups of 2-4.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Practitioners, therapists, inner explorers, researchers, lawyers, and anyone curious or knowledgeable about therapeutic psychedelics!

FACILITATOR: Mx. Indigo Dawn (they/them/elle in español) -- more info on Indigo below.
