Join me at the peaceful Wild and Free Woods for a day weaving your own frame basket.
We will start the morning with a hot drink and getting to know our willow. I will then guide you step by step to make your own frame basket. Frame baskets are fun to make and incredibly versatile. I use mine for foraging as they can hold a surprising amount.
Alex, who runs Wild and Free Woods, will provide us with a hot lunch and drinks for the day, so all you need to bring is yourself and perhaps a bottle of water.
This is a beginner-friendly workshop. All tools and materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own secateurs if you prefer.
