FRAME 2026

23 years ago, in a joint project between the Carpenters Fellowship and the Timber Framers Guild of the USA built the magnificent oak boathouse on the River Thames for Abingdon School. Two years later 105 timber framers again from around the world built the offices for the Earth Trust (Northmoor Trust) in a staggering 16 days and this year we are returning there to hold Frame 2026, a 3 day event on 10th-12th July 2026.

3 days of practical activities, competitions including axe throwing, demonstrations, lectures and networking and a course in the week before where we will build a shelter as a legacy of the event for the Earth Trust. Not already a member? join us as this could be the start of a rewarding career in sustainable construction.

Tickets include all food, camping and access to all activities over the week end.
