Fragrant MeditationSunday, October 6 at 1-3pm

Teacher: Avoline Loudon
The Fragrant Meditation class will be in four sections. Each section will combine breathwork, yoga, somatic experiencing, inhalation of essential oils and guided meditation. The meditation will be in between movement and somatic experiencing.
The goal is to create an experience that helps the mind orient without being taxing or causing undue stress. Grounding the body through movement and breathwork will help foster the" feeling" experience of being centered in the deep self . Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water and a journal to reflect on the inquiry questions and notice insights. We will have a community share at closing for the class.
Each student will receive a scented fan to use and take with them.
