Join Justina, as she offers time and space for you to deeply restore and rest. We invite all fire fighters, past and present, and their families to enjoy this FREE evening of restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Justina will guide you through an all levels, approachable and accessible restorative yoga practice followed up by a guided sleep meditation. You will be invited to use many yoga props, including blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to find the most comfort and restoration in each posture you gently navigate into. The Yoga Nidra practice will put your nervous system into a state of deep ease where profound healing occurs.
