Fragments & Flow is a guided mixed media experience designed to help you unwind, explore, and reconnect through art. Using layered paper, texture, and simple techniques, you’ll create intuitive compositions that reflect movement, balance, and personal expression.
Hosted at the welcoming Greenwood Hub in downtown Calgary, this workshop offers an intimate small-group setting for artistic exploration. Over two hours, you’ll be guided by Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Silvia through a series of creative prompts, with the opportunity to complete 2–4 small mixed media pieces to take home.
Who This Is For:
Ideal for teens (12+) and adults, whether you’re completely new to art or simply looking for a calming creative outlet. This workshop isn’t about perfection or technical skill—it’s about the process: engaging your senses and allowing creativity to flow naturally in a supportive, judgment-free space.
