Fox & Cub Family Wellness Prenatal/Postpartum Support Groups

Join us at Acorn Chiropractic every other Saturday from 3:00–4:00 PM for free, supportive gatherings designed for every stage of motherhood. These groups provide a safe, welcoming space to connect with other moms, share your journey, and learn from trusted local experts— including midwives, chiropractors, lactation counselors, doulas, acupuncturists, integrative medicine doctors, pediatric sleep consultants, and health & wellness coaches.

Prenatal Support Group A nurturing time to prepare for birth, connect with other expecting moms, and find encouragement along the way. Open to expecting mothers at any stage during their pregnancy.

Postpartum Support Group A supportive space for new moms to share openly about the joys and challenges of life after birth, while receiving guidance and reassurance. Open to moms at any stage postpartum within the first year of giving birth.

Please be sure to bring your own food & drinks as they will not be provided, as well as a soft blanket for you & baby to sit on.
