Reserve your table on our lakefront upper patio for the best view of Howard County's fireworks. Tables of 4 and 6 are available, as well as couches for up to 6 too, and every seat includes full buffet admission. It's a day of celebrating, and this is how you do it right.
Our upper patio is reserved exclusively for ticket holders. Our lower patio and lawn are open to the public—so if you want the view, this is how you lock it in.

3. Fourth of July LĀK Buffet
A festive Fourth of July dinner at LĀK with buffet seating from 5PM to 9PM. Celebrate with a festive holiday buffet at LĀK Restaurant from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, featuring seasonal favorites and lakeside dining. Reservations are for indoors only.

4. Lawn and Live Music
Gather with friends, enjoy live music by The Dangerous Summer, lawn games, festive food and drinks, and an outdoor grill hosted by local favorite and veteran Westly, serving up classic hamburgers and hot dogs. Then settle in for one of Howard County’s most memorable drone shows and fireworks displays beside Lake Kittamaqundi.

lāk Restaurant only offering a pre-fixe dinner buffet from 5pm-9pm, $55 per person ($25 kids 10 and under) in the dining room. Buffet seating is first come first serve. Patio seating is only available by purchase in advance.
Live Entertainment enjoy live entertainment throughout the day with a DJ providing music and energy for the celebration. Then at 7:00 PM, Maryland-based band The Dangerous Summer will take the stage and perform live leading up to the start of the fireworks display.
Getting Here
Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the Merriweather District in nearby public garages and surface lots.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as parking demand and traffic volumes increase throughout the evening.
Some nearby roads will be closed beginning at 6 PM. Please allow additional travel time when planning your arrival.
Before You Arrive
Reserved patio seating, rooftop package access and buffet reservations should be secured in advance.
The drone show and fireworks display will begin shortly after 9pm. Event times are subject to change based on weather and operational considerations. In the event of inclement weather, the fireworks display will be rescheduled for July 5 in accordance with Columbia Association and Howard County guidelines.
