Dive deep into the Toltec wisdom and energy of the Four Agreements during this four week journey to discover personal freedom. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a practical guide to personal freedom that allows us to peel back the layers as we discover and express our authentic self. Beginning our experience with meditation, essential oil enhanced breathwork, and using The Four Agreements affirmation cards to awaken this ancient wisdom. Integrating this wisdom into movement by finding yoga poses that help us regain our personal power and sovereign autonomy. After flipping through the pages of our yogic practice, we will eventually find ourselves in stillness, allowing it all to integrate during a deeply restorative savasana supported by the healing frequencies of reiki and sound. Closing this self-healing journey in sacred community, sharing our experience and exploring the depths of our Soul with conversation on how to integrate and practice the Four Agreements in our daily lives.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
