Details
We'll run 5-10km at your conversational pace. It is going to be 1 or 2 laps around Regent's Park. We'll have 2 or 3 pacers (7 min/km, 6 min/km, and a slower or faster group if needed). You can also run at your own pace and distance, especially if someone matches your pace and effort. After the run, we'll meet for coffee and carbs at Regent’s Bar & Kitchen.
