Lucy Beddall, ten:15 marketing

Lucy has 25+ years’ marketing experience. She started her career at London ad agency The Gate, working on global campaigns for brands including Investec, Legal & General, Universal Records and Scope.

Now based in Swansea, she works mainly with local authorities, B Corps, universities and manufacturers.

Lucy specialises in B2B marketing and works as an extension of a client’s team, helping them make sense of marketing, tell their story and connect with the right people. In addition to her client work, she delivers marketing workshops and training for start-ups, local authorities, universities and business support programmes, as well as LinkedIn training for corporate teams.

She’s a big advocate of keeping marketing simple, human and personal, and helping organisations grow through strong relationships and effective marketing.

Daniel Awais-Dean, Strategic operator | Venture builder | Entrepreneur

Dan is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Fractional Founders, a platform that deploys

fractional expertise, curated from a team of elite founders and operators, into businesses to help

solve their most pressing challenges.

Previously, he founded EverKnock, an AI-powered proptech startup that reimagined the

home-buying experience, and has since advised and supported numerous ventures across

property, fintech, and digital services.

With first-hand experience raising capital, solving commercial challenges and navigating the

challenges of early-stage growth, Dan brings a practical, founder-to-founder perspective to

innovation and execution.
