The Association for the Study of African-American Life and History is the leading organization for the celebration and preservation of Black history in the United States. The invitees for this event are encouraged to become founding members of the North Star Branch - a part of the national organization that is dedicated to the study of Black American history in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.
