Foundations of Yoga Workshop - February 16

Are you ready to begin experiencing the benefits of yoga in 2025?

Maybe you're a beginner that doesn't know where to start.

Or maybe you have you practiced online for a long time and want a live teacher and a community of other yogis for support.

Or possibly you have fallen out of your yoga habit and want to get back to it.

Whether you are not sure where to start, or need a reboot for your practice, join Michelle Greenfield for a workshop series - Foundations of Yoga.

There will be 3 different 2-hour workshops on Sundays, each with a different focus:

• January 5, 4-6pm - Basic Poses and Standing Poses, Basic Breaths
• February 9, 2-4pm - Seated Poses and Seated Twists, Progressed Breaths
• February 16, 1-3pm - Sun Salutation Elements, Balance, Progressed Breaths

All classes will include Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath), Meditation, History and Philosophy.

These workshops can be taken as a series (you can sign up for all 3) or you can take them individually. There are 3 separate events in Eventbrite so you can register for the ones you want to take.
