Yoga and Sound Bath for Spring Equinox

Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a relaxing yoga class to welcome the coming of spring. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany this all levels yoga class. This class guides you through yoga movements and breath into a peaceful and relaxed state, and ends with a full 30 minute sivasana/relaxation at the end. Preregistration is required, as the space is limited and we often have a waitlist. $25.
