Enjoy food, games, giveaways, presentations, live interactions with our team, and an opportunity to discover how Foundations helps individuals remain active, connected, supported, and engaged in their community.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're proud to recognize and support those whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. During our Open House, we will be raising funds to support the fight against breast cancer, with proceeds raised donated to Susan G. Komen.
