Join Foundations Medical Adult Day Services & Psychiatric Rehabilitation for a fun-filled evening bringing together family, friends, staff, participants, and our community!
Come hungry and ready to have a great time. Enjoy delicious food and crabs, play bingo, listen to music from our DJ, check out local vendors, and have a chance to win some great giveaways.
