We are pleased to announce that Michelle Shadwick, CCAS (Certified Canine Athlete Specialist) will present a seminar on foundations of canine fitness. Topics will include: strength training exercises, body awareness exercises, simple stretching exercises, and cardio training tips. Working Spots are $80, Audit Spots are $40. Lunch will be provided for everyone. As a bonus, there will be a drawing for those who purchase a Working Spot. 1 lucky person out of the 8 spots will take home some equipment to help them get started!!
