About the mentor:

Apsara Iyengar

Founder Applause Vadodara

Apsara is a Writer Director Actor having worked on various productions since 2012. She has been a mentor for various theatre programs in schools and colleges across Vadodara. She has been a key facilitator at Playback Nigeria Children's theatre festival, and writer at Theatre Gym London, 2021.

Applause Vadodara encourages an age-no-bar gender-no-bar language-no-bar type of association with theatre and art. Our mission is to create Innovative theatre Experiences that engage empower and entertain. We are Vadodara's first and most popular theatre initiative started in 2014.

Applause has more than 10 productions to credit and artists have performed at various festivals such as Kalaghoda Arts Festival International Children's Theatre festival Sayaji Literature Festival to name a few. Workshops by Applause Vadodara have been hosted across the country from Chandigarh to Mumbai and various other locations.

About Nest & Den Kidz Library

It is one of the finest kid’s libraries of Vadodara, nurturing and Raising Readers since 2016.

They aim to provide various literary experiences to children and indulge in storytelling, host author events and conduct book club sessions at regular intervals to foster reading.

They firmly believe that each kid is different and so are their reading habits and patterns. They guide you in your reading journey and help customize and curate book sets according to the child’s interest and reading level.
