Fortune's 2027 Annual Planning

Fortune's Annual Planning is a full-day, in-person strategic planning event built for owner-doctors who want to run a more profitable, less stressful practice — and actually enjoy the life they're working so hard to build. Held Friday, December 11, 2026 at the Prince Waikiki in Honolulu (8:30 AM–4:00 PM HST, up to 6 CE credits), it brings together 110–150 practice owners and their leadership teams for a day of high-level strategy, leadership, and growth planning.

As an owner-doctor, you wear every hat — clinician, CEO, team leader, and HR. Annual Planning is the rare day you step out of the operatory and work on the business instead of in it. Rather than passive lectures, the day is built around guided, hands-on planning: you'll set clear production and profitability targets, align your team around shared goals, tighten the systems that keep the practice running when you're not in the room, and leave with a concrete, written roadmap for the year ahead — not just notes and good intentions.

Led by Fortune Management's executive coaches, including Todd King, the day draws on proven practice-management frameworks refined across hundreds of dental practices. You'll plan alongside other owner-doctors facing the same decisions about growth, hiring, associates, and the eventual transition or expansion of their practice — so you're learning from peers as much as from the stage.
