Join us for an evening of contemplative rest with guided non-movement meditation, restorative silence, and interspiritual prayers and readings. In times of struggle, rest is resistance.
📅 Date & Time:
⏳ 6:00 PM – Doors open, light refreshments provided
🧘 6:30 PM – Meditation begins (please arrive on time for this sacred space)
🌙 7:30 PM – Closing in silence
🛏 What to bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mats, blankets, bolsters (some will be available).
