Fort Cumberland Nature Walk and Lab Tour

Join us for a relaxing stroll through the beautiful surroundings of Fort Cumberland! It's a great chance to soak up some fresh air and spot local wildlife in our 17th century fort.

Once we have explored the fort, there will be time for a tour of our laboratories, where we conduct archaeological and heritage science analysis and research.

This event is part of the 2026 CBA Festival of Archaeology. The theme for this year is Nature and Archaeology.

There will be two tours, one in the morning from 10am to 11am, and a second in the afternoon 2pm-3pm. Make sure to reserve your spot! Please make sure you book a ticket for everyone in your party.
