Divine Emergence Breathwork leads the way in transformative breathwork, offering a powerful journey into the realms of consciousness and energetic healing. Divine Emergence breathwork entails breathing in and out through the mouth, maintaining a 90% in, 90% out ratio, for an extended duration. After approximately 10-15 minutes of this rhythmic breathing, participants enter a trance state. Sustaining the breath becomes effortless, as the body begins to shed stress, trauma, and pent-up energy through movements, shaking, vocal release, tears, and more. This is all welcome! It is important to create a space of safety for all participants and also maintain a level of understanding for each individual's healing journey.

A floating sensation accompanies a quieting of the conscious mind, paving the way for the subconscious to assume the spotlight in energy processing and occasionally delivering profound insights into the participant's life and journey. It's paramount to allow the breathwork to guide the experience, embracing whatever sensations, thoughts, and emotions arise during the practice.
