Join us for a guided forest therapy nature walk exploring HOPE in today's world. Shannon Zimmerman is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide inviting participants to experience the mental and physical healing benefits of this mindfulness event. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, Shannon will lead us through an immersive experience to foster a deep connection with the Earth, and give us the opportunity to slow down, open our hearts, and reflect on the theme of finding hope in today’s world.
