About this Event
Have you heard of forest bathing? Forest bathing is a practice of intentionally slowing down and connecting with nature through the senses. Join us at the Bell’s Learning Landscape with LugnLed to slow down and experience the benefits of being present and immersed in nature. This program is open to ages 12+.
Learning Landscape programs will remain on the flat, paved sidewalk just outside of the museum. During this program, participants will also be invited to sit on yoga mats on the grass, lawn chairs will also be available. This program is capped at 20 participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket sales will open thirty days prior to the event. Registration closes the Wednesday before the event or when we are at capacity.
