About this Event
Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a slow, sensory way of being in nature — not walking for exercise, but arriving fully. Sessions move gently through the ancient woodland, with stillness, guided invitations, and time to simply be. No experience needed.
Grace is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide, trained through the Nature and Forest Therapy Institute.
One Sunday a month, May–July
9:00–11:00am | Lesnes Abbey Woods, Abbey Wood
Donation based — suggested £5–15, pay what feels right. No one turned away.
Spaces are limited — booking essential.
Wear layers and shoes suitable for woodland paths.
Creative Nature is a not for profit creative organisation based in southeast London connecting people with nature and ancient woodland crafts.
