We often spend time meditating in seated postures or being mindful in asanas, but how often do we shift our awareness when we're simply walking?
Take the practice outside of the studio and follow the trail just behind the studio, focusing on the breath, the fragrance and sounds around you, on sensations and thoughts that come into the mind. Immerse yourself in the serene embrace of nature. Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to connect deeply with the natural world, allowing you to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit Bask in the healthy negative ions and enjoy the powerful boost to your immune system from the phytoncides from the pines.
