In collaboration with Piper-Heidsieck one of the world’s most awarded Champagne houses with certified B Corp sustainability credentials and Infinity Blue Barramundi, champions of responsible aquaculture, this exclusive event offers a deliciously educational journey through land, sea and bubbles.
Hosted in an intimate setting, guests will enjoy a five-course menu designed around locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, each dish paired with a standout Piper cuvée. Guest speakers from Piper-Heidsieck and Infinity Blue will guide you through each pairing, sharing stories behind the wines, the produce, and the future of sustainable dining.
This is not just a lunch it’s an immersive afternoon of flavour, conversation and conscious luxury.
