For The Lads will be hosted by local fitness professional and Director of ProjectCold, Jefferson Cartmell.
Guest speakers include Henry Clark, a father, Youth Worker and published author, who openly shares his experiences of being diagnosed with stage-four cancer and how he copes with the many challenges life has thrown at him, using raw and humorous accounts, and Harrison Ward - also known as Fell Foodie - who discusses how his battles with alcoholism and mental health struggles contributed to him finding passions for hiking and cooking.
A discussion panel will run, featuring our guests as well as healthcare professional Dr Chris Coldwell and speakers from UK Narcotics Anonymous - Public Information and Andys Man Club. This will be an opportunity to ask anonymous questions, seek advice or simply listen to the discussion.
Tickets are ÂŁ20 per person and include a giant homemade sausage roll.
