The Science of Tempering Chocolate
Join us at the Baltimore UnderGround Science Space (BUGSS) for a special Valentine's Day class! We'll have a hands-on exploration of the fascinating world of chocolate tempering and see why tempering makes such a difference for achieving that perfect snap and shine in your chocolate creations. Learn the chemistry behind the molecules in cocoa butter. Students will be able to eat their creations and take them home, so please be sure to alert us to any chocolate allergies! This course is designed for students ages 10-14.
