Join the Footsteps Forward Program—a weekly 1-mile walk that helps people with diabetes manage blood sugar, increase energy, improve heart health and connect with others living with diabetes. Led by a certified diabetes educator, this program is offered at no cost. Registration is appreciated but not required.
