Wayne Richard and Nestor Ulloa local entrepreneurs in established separate industries will share their rich family history and the legacy behind Julie's Salsa. They will tell us more about Julie and Henry who pioneered Mexican cuisine in New London County for more than 30 years beginning in the 1960's. Her family honors her passion for cooking and love for family by making her famous salsa exactly as she did in their restaurants. Registration required.
