Adam Young from A.T.Y. Hospitality and Sift Bake Shop, winner of Food Network's Best Baker Award in 2018 will present his fascinating journey from washing dishes in Brandon VT to Water Street ,Mystic which opened to rave reviews in 2016. Since then he has expanded to multiple other locations and renovated to create his rooftop restaurant MIX, his chocolate shop and martini bar A.T. Y. Bar and Bonbons in Mystic and Mohegan Sun as well as publishing his own Sift cookbook.
