One in five Americans between the ages of 75 and 84 develops Alzheimer’s Disease, almost half of people over the age of 85 have it. During this evening, you’ll learn how to maintain great mental and physical health well into your 90s and even beyond! Your goal should be to “live long and die short!”
Come join us in the meeting room at the Strongsville Library. After a short presentation there will be time for questions and discussion.
