Food as Feedback: Dinner 2 – Learning the Language of the Body

We've been taught to silence symptoms, push through discomfort, and search for someone else to tell us what's wrong. But what if your hunger, fatigue, cravings, bloating, anxiety, or low energy aren't problems to fix, but messages inviting you to pay attention?
Join us for the second dinner in our Food as Feedback series, an intimate farm-to-table experience where we'll explore how to reconnect with the wisdom of your body through curiosity, awareness, and meaningful conversation.
