Food Clay Workshop

Throughout the years, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) has actively developed alongside Singapore, contributing to Singapore's rich history.

In celebration of SCCCI’s 120th anniversary, the Chamber has specially partnered with FloraClay to conduct a Food Clay Workshop that features the local food heritage. Through hands-on clay modelling, participants can connect with the nostalgic breakfast that has shaped Singapore’s food identity across generations, including local towkays who gathered over breakfast to exchange ideas, build relationships, and discuss business.
Participants will be able to walk away with their handcrafted clay masterpiece, and have a deeper cultural knowledge and heritage appreciation of Singapore.

Time: 10am-1pm

Workshop Information:

- Approximate duration: 3.0 hours

- Meeting point: Level 3, Multi-purpose Room, SCCCI building (47 Hill Street, Singapore 179365)

- Please arrive 10 minutes before the event for registration. Participants must check in to receive their deposit.
