Experience the healing synergy of movement, food and intention in KitchenQi on Saturday, April 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, for an immersive workshop developed by Carole Murko, healer, culinary instructor and founder of Love.Eat.Heal.
This spring session focuses on the wood element, supporting the liver and gallbladder organ systems and inviting growth, creativity and emotional flow. Through this experiential class, you’ll leave nourished and grounded, with recipes, seasonal practices and a deeper understanding of how to use food as energy medicine.
