Fonduel

It’s time to stir the pot and name the south’s best fondue! We’re excited to be partnering with one of our largest cheese providers, Maker to Monger, in hosting our second annual FonDuel! Six regional cheese shops and chefs will be competing for the title of, "The South's Best Fondue!"

Enjoy a night of all you can eat fondue, one alcoholic or NA beverage included per ticket, a live demo from Adam Moskowitz (fondue master and owner of Maker to Monger), at home fondue kits and cheeses available for purchase, and socializing over some warm and tasty fondue!

This charity event is to bring awareness and education, not only to the art of fondue and regional shops, but to Jones Valley Teaching Farm. This local farm educates Birmingham City Schools on food, farming, and culinary arts through cross-curricular lessons, field trips, leadership opportunities, internships, and in the pursuit of post-secondary pathways.

This event will be in typical Swiss fashion, outdoors with heaters. So come bundled up!
