Join us for a rare SATURDAY NIGHT for some local beer and made-by-you sushi rolls. Your instructor will have a snack for you as you arrive, and will teach you lots of things in this 2 hour class; including (but not limited to):
making perfect sushi rice
how to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar
where to shop/what to buy
how to safely and confidently serve raw fish at home
how to roll sushi that will never fall apart
After class, you'll receive our cheat sheet filled with notes, tips, tricks and recipes as well as our chef-curated Amazon shopping list for the best products available
