Fondant Cupcake Topper Decorating Class

Join Steph Lawshe of Sweet Little Morsels, for an engaging two-day class where you'll create an elegant set of cupcake toppers. Perfect for cake and cupcake decorators looking to enhance their skills, this class will guide you through:

• Using edible inks and luster dusts to add intricate details.
• Mastering the use of silicone molds for precise designs.
• Attaching sugar decorations seamlessly to your toppers.
• Tips and tricks for achieving professional and consistent results.

On Day 1, students will focus on crafting their fondant cupcake toppers. Then, on Day 2, they’ll finish by decorating a dozen cupcakes and adding their custom toppers to complete the designs.

Included:

• A dozen cupcakes per student for decorating.
• Fondant for creating toppers, which students can take home.
• All necessary tools and materials provided for use during class.
• Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran’s Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class.

Steph Lawshe has always loved to bake, but her passion for cake decorating didn't start until she made a wedding cake for her sister 8 years ago. It was one of her most rewarding experiences and she hasn't stopped decorating since! She enjoys sharing her skills and passion for cake decorating and loves to inspire her students to achieve new levels of creativity and expertise!

All The Details:

• Age Level: 16+
• Skill Level: Beginner to intermediate
• All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
• We will provide a box to take your cupcakes home in
• The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
• If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• Class requires a minimum of 2 students and there is a maximum of 4 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 3 hours on each day. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
