Follower’s technique in tango is built through focused and intentional repetition. In this class, we isolate and refine key elements of tango technique—developing strength, balance, and clarity in every step:
• Break down and repeat short tango sequences with support of the barre
• Improve balance, axis control, and leg articulation
• Build strength and flexibility for cleaner, more precise movement
• Develop body awareness and muscle memory
This is where technique becomes reliable—and your movement becomes intentional.

Location: Arcadia Studio 725 24th Ave S, Seattle (the studio locates in the adjacent space behind the main house - enter it on the left side of the main house)
