Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Friday lunchtime of each month at 3pm in the Arn Room at Warminster Civic Centre: a themed 45-minute concert of mainly classical music, introduced by the performers. There is a pop-up café from 2.30pm serving tea, coffee and home-made cakes, where you can meet friends for a chat before the concert. April-May’s music is a collection of pieces based on folk tunes and idioms: English (Butterworth: The Banks of Green Willow) and Irish (Joan Trimble Phantasy Trio) feature, but alongside these are a few surprises!
