FNRC Restricted Health Condition Care Plans Training (ARF/ADP) in Redding

Restricted Health Conditions, as defined in community care licensing and certification regulations, can occur in residents of adult residential facilities or adult day programs when they experience a significant illness or injury, or as part of the progression of a disease or disability. CCL requires that if someone living in an ARF or attending an ADP has a restricted health condition that the facility have a restricted health condition care plan. An RHCP is also needed prior to admitting a client with a restricted health condition.

This training is intended to educate Facility Managers, Administrators, Owners, and even facilities' Nurse Consultants on how to put together the RHCP and meet all of the requirements. We have planned 2 separate trainings which will be live and in-person. Please be sure you are registering for the training you want to attend. There is no need to sign up for more than one training. The training will provide 3 CEU/CAH hours. The training will not provide nursing CEU's, but if you have a nurse consultant, they may want to attend.
