In this 4 week evidence-based parenting class participants will explore tools to manage stress and understand the importance of self care.
About this Event

This series is for any parent/caregiver who wants to improve their parenting skills and help their child be more successful. It has been proven to help families of young children alleviate family stress. Come and enjoy a catered meal with your child and join fellow parents of young children in meaningful conversations about the success and struggles that can go along with day-to-day parenting.
