About this Event
This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate the 5th edition of FLUX alongside the 10th anniversary of Loughborough University London School. We invite you to join us in imagining creative futures—a theme that lies at the heart of our Institute’s mission and this year’s FLUX.
The Institute for Creative Futures brings together expertise in Design Innovation, Creative Industries, and Communication and Media. This year we are delighted to include invited experts to FLUX who will share their insights on imagining creative futures across these three domains, exploring how creativity can address emerging challenges and opportunities in society.
FLUX26 is a celebration of creativity and innovation and a conversation about our imagined futures. It is also a showcase of the outstanding work produced by both academics and students within the Institute for Creative Futures. The showcase demonstrates our work in shaping creative futures through research and edu- cation. It highlights the transformative impact our re- search and teaching has on individuals, industries, and communities and emphasises our commitment to mak- ing a difference locally and globally, fostering innova- tion, and encouraging collaboration across disciplines.
As we celebrate a decade of excellence at the Loughborough University London School and the successes of the staff and students in the Institute for Creative Futures, we invite you to be part of FLUX26 and to imagining a future filled with creativity, innovation, and impact.
