Part of our Flowers of Remembrance series, this unique grief workshop in London combines a guided walk through Regent's Park with a creative botanical Lego build, offering a gentle and supportive space for reflection, remembrance, and connection.

Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating a significant life change, or seeking a meaningful wellbeing activity in London, this event provides an opportunity to slow down, connect with others, and honour your experience in a compassionate environment.

We begin with a 60-minute guided walk through Regent's Park, creating space for reflection, mindfulness, and quiet community. Following the walk, we'll gather for light refreshments and a hands-on botanical Lego build, offering a creative and non-verbal way to explore memory, connection, and personal meaning.

Building-based approaches are increasingly used in therapeutic and wellbeing settings to support emotional expression, creativity, regulation, and connection. This workshop draws on those principles to create an accessible and welcoming experience.

Each participant will create and take home their own botanical Lego build, which may serve as a lasting reminder of the session and the memories, connections, or reflections it represents.

Duration: 3 hours (60-minute walk followed by a 2-hour build and social session)

Location: Regent's Park, London (meeting point shared after booking)

Age: 21+ (all genders welcome)

In the event of poor weather, the session may be postponed, moved to an indoor location where possible, or cancelled with a full refund. An alternative date will be offered where applicable. Updates will be shared via our community channels to ensure you are kept informed.
